Shawn Bannister is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate paralegal roles. Currently serving as a Corporate Senior Paralegal at Proskauer Rose LLP since March 2023, Shawn previously held the position of Corporate Paralegal Supervisor at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP from May 2005 to March 2023.
