Stephanie Martinier

Stéphanie Martinier is a Partner and Special International Corporate Counsel at Proskauer Rose LLP, where since September 2009, representation has focused on corporate and private equity transactions for French and multinational companies and investment funds with a cross-border emphasis. Prior to this role, Stéphanie served as a Legal Consultant at the French Trade Commission of Muscat from April to August 2009 and gained initial experience as an Intern at MRI Moores Rowland from 2003 to 2004. Stéphanie holds an LL.M. from the University of Minnesota Law School (2007-2008), a DJCE from 2006-2007, and a Master in business law and taxation from the University of Lyon 3 Law School (2002-2007).
