Anca Cociuban is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in congress and event management within the biotechnology and medical sectors. Currently serving as Congress Senior Project Manager at Proske, responsibilities include overseeing simultaneous congress activities and coordinating client needs with various suppliers. Prior roles include Society and Congress Project Manager at the World Endoscopy Organization, where duties involved marketing, scientific programme coordination, and webinar organization. Anca also worked as Society and Congress Project Coordinator for the European Society of Radiology, managing educational activities and congress logistics. Anca holds a Master of Arts in Business, Tourism, and Leisure Management from IMC Krems University and a diploma in Digital Marketing and Strategy from Dublin Business School, along with a background in geography.
Proske
We created the Proske Virtual Venue, a virtual event platform that allows personalized user journeys. While multiple users navigate the platform in parallel, each user sees different content tailored to his/her preferences. The platform integrates with registration and SMM tools such as Cvent. On the live events side at Proske we produce expert Strategic Meetings Management Programs, flawless events, and we’re brimming with creativity, but we never implement anything for the sake of it.
