Atul Tayal

Atul Tayal is an experienced professional in ERP implementation and management, currently serving as an Associate Partner at Proso.ai since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading a team and automating global payroll processes. Prior to this role, Atul held positions at Syneos Health, progressing from Senior Manager to Associate Director, focusing on finance and IT integration, process redesign, and payroll management across the APAC region. At Hays, Atul worked as a Solutions Architect and Technical Architect, managing payroll systems for the UK and Ireland. At Oracle, Atul was a Principal Applications Engineer, leading payroll extensions in the JAPAC region. Atul began the career as an Associate Consultant at Covansys and worked at HCL Technologies as Member Technical Staff. Atul holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College.
