Samuel Guadarrama

Samuel Guadarrama is an experienced business and technical professional with a solid background in customer service and sales. Currently serving as a Business Manager at Prosoft Engineering since May 2016, Samuel has also held roles in support and sales, assisting clients with data recovery and software solutions. At The Data Rescue Center, Samuel has been overseeing data recovery cases and maintaining client communication since March 2016. Previously, Samuel worked as a Technical Consultant at Geek Squad, utilizing troubleshooting skills to assist clients with device repairs, and as a Sales Consultant at Best Buy, where product knowledge was shared with customers. Samuel holds an Associate's degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Las Positas College and a high school diploma from Anaheim High School.
