Askarov has held various positions including Head of Cyber Security Division and Information Risk and Security Senior Expert at organizations such as Bakcell and Azerconnect LLC. Askarov has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in State Regulation of the Economy from Azerbaijan State University of Economics. With expertise in security design, threat modeling, and risk assessments, Askarov collaborates with global security teams and maintains a proficiency in various security tools and methodologies.
