Rafael Ibay is an experienced educator with a strong background in curriculum development and instructional design. Currently serving as an Educator Support Specialist and Professional Development Lead Trainer at ProSolve, Rafael focuses on enhancing educators' understanding of the ProSolve curriculum, which emphasizes the cultivation of the 4 C's of Human Intelligence: collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity. Previous roles include ELA Curriculum Writer at Subject, Instructional Designer at Learn Awesome, and English Language Arts Teacher at Chicago Public Schools, where Rafael led curriculum design initiatives and integrated technology into teaching practices. The professional journey also includes a role as an English Language Arts Teacher and Re-Engagement Coordinator at Truman Middle College and experience teaching ESL in South Korea.
