Benjamin Koch

Benjamin Koch currently serves as Scrum Master and Agile Coach at PROSOZ Herten GmbH since August 2021. Prior to this, Benjamin Koch held several leadership roles at allynet GmbH from January 2014 to May 2021, including Managing Partner and Managing Director, focusing on management, strategy, marketing, consulting, and training. Benjamin Koch operated as an independent consultant, theologian, and coach between October 2013 and December 2015, providing services such as executive coaching and public speaking. Additional experience includes serving as a Lead Pastor at CityChurch München from January 2012 to December 2013 and as a Lead Pastor at FeG Markt Schwaben from August 2006 to December 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Protestant Theology from Theologische Hochschule and completion of the Academic Program for Entrepreneurship and Design Thinking at Strascheg Center München.
