Mark Neuper

Mark Neuper currently serves as the Head of Production for Social Security at PROSOZ Herten GmbH, a role held since April 2017, where responsibilities include leadership, innovation, coaching, and IT management. Prior to this, Mark worked at codecentric AG as a Manager focusing on CRM and Agile Coaching from November 2015 to April 2017. From 1998 to 2015, Mark held various leadership positions at Douglas, overseeing customer relationship management and agile transformation initiatives. Mark's educational background includes a degree in Technical Business Administration from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen, training as a systemic coach, and certifications as an Agile Learning Coach. Further qualifications include Industrial Mechanic training and expertise in digital transformation, dynamic pricing, and social media consultancy.
