Divya Rathour is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Prospa since March 2023, Divya has previously held leadership roles including Senior Engineering Manager at Squiz and Director of Software Engineering at Archistar.ai. With a strong foundation as an Engineering Manager at ELMO Cloud HR & Payroll and a Senior Developer/Tech Lead at Bambora, Divya's career also includes positions as a Senior Software Developer at SP Health and Senior .Net Developer at GraysOnline. Divya holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Central Queensland University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
