Abel Davila has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Abel Davila currently serves as the President at Prospanica Chicago, an organization that advocates for Hispanic business professionals. Abel Davila also works as a Recruitment Leader at City Teaching Alliance, where he is responsible for identifying and selecting talent for their teacher pathways preparation program. Abel Davila also held the position of Vice President Talent Acquisition at Ascension Global Services, a company that provides leadership advisory and talent solutions.
