Christopher Johnson

Christopher Johnson serves as the Managing Director at Prospect Capital Management since August 2012, bringing extensive experience in investment banking. Previously, Christopher held the position of Vice Chairman at Berenson & Company from August 2010 to July 2012 and was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Media Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. from December 2001 to October 2010. Earlier in his career, Christopher was Managing Director and Co-Head of Leveraged Finance at Merrill Lynch for 17 years. Christopher's military service includes serving as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, where responsibilities included being a nuclear submarine officer on USS Finback (SSN-670). Christopher earned an MBA in General Business from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and holds a BS in Chemistry-Engineering from Washington and Lee University.
