Anita Trotter

Anita Trotter has been working as an Agile Coach/Senior Scrum Master at Blue Cross and Blue Shield since March 2005. Anita facilitates Scrum methodology, resolves team impediments, and enhances team morale. Anita also works as a Developer in IT for membership customer service. At Prospect Equities®, Anita serves as the Managing Broker and signs off on real estate licenses on hold. Anita obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bradley University.
