Brian A.

Brian A. has extensive work experience in the field of decision support and financial planning/analysis. Brian started their career at Southern California Hospitals in 2008 as the Director of Decision Support. During their tenure, they successfully built up the Decision Support Department and provided financial reporting, analytics, and ad-hoc support for the leadership. Brian constructed statistical reports and analyses covering hospital metrics, cost-accounting, and accounts receivable stratification. Brian also designed a labor tracking tool and labor standards for daily productivity reporting, resulting in a significant reduction in FTEs/Adj ADC. In 2015, they joined Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. as the Regional Director of Financial Planning/Analysis & Decision Support. Brian later became the National Vice President of Decision Support Integration.

Brian A. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University from 1998 to 2001. Brian then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008.
