Since January 1997, Louis has served as the Founding Principal of Prospect Partners LLC, focusing on investments in management teams overseeing niche manufacturers, value-added distribution, and unique service companies across the US and Canada. Louis has been the Chairman of the Board at John Boos & Co since 1996, contributing to the manufacturing of food service equipment. Previous experience includes roles as Principal at Kenter & Company, Associate at Marquette Venture Partners, and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Louis holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSME from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
