Richard Beadle

Richard Beadle serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cody Pools, Inc. since July 2023, an esteemed pool builder recognized as the #1 in the Nation for eleven consecutive years. Prior to this role, Richard held the CFO position at Act Global, where responsibilities included overseeing financial aspects for an international synthetic turf manufacturer, and worked at Elgin-Butler Brick Company as CFO and Chief Restructuring Officer. Richard's diverse experience also includes roles as Regional Controller at Freightliner Group Ltd and UK Chief Accounting Officer at Re:Sources UK. Previous positions as Senior Manager at Raytheon UK and European FD at ESAB involved significant finance leadership and operational responsibilities. Richard's career began in financial management roles at Northgate Information Solutions, Powergen, and Kvaerner. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Statistics from the University of Southampton, obtained in 1991.
