Ben Metzger

Ben Metzger is an accomplished finance professional with significant experience in real estate debt and investment analysis. Currently serving as an Associate at Prospect Ridge since July 2022, Ben previously worked at Blackstone from May 2018 to July 2022, holding the positions of Real Estate Debt Associate and Real Estate Debt Analyst. Earlier roles include a Wealth Management Banking Intern at UBS in 2017, where Ben focused on underwriting clients and developing commercial real estate lending initiatives, and an Intern Analyst at E Squared Asset Management, where research and analysis informed investment decisions in the energy sector. Ben began their career at Thor Equities in 2015 as an Intern for the Leasing Department. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating in 2019.
