Yadab Raj Ojha

Yadab Raj Ojha has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Yadab Raj began their career as a Volunteer/Teacher at Ghar Sita Mutu from April 2007 to December 2010. Yadab Raj then worked as a Software Developer at Nepal KC Consulting, Pvt, Ltd. from January 2011 to November 2013, where they developed a Lease business management ERP Package and organized training workshops for new java programmers.

From December 2013 to July 2015, Yadab worked as a Java Programmer at Smart Data Solutions, where they added advanced features to the Home Health Care System, improved existing features, and maintained the system. Yadab Raj also worked in the USA head office for four months during this time.

After that, Yadab joined PointClickCare as a Senior Java Developer in July 2015 and worked there until March 2018. Yadab Raj was part of a cross-functional team and received training sessions in the US office and Canada's head office.

In April 2018, Yadab became a Team Lead at Three Monks Pvt. Ltd. Yadab Raj developed/architected a common base project using Jhipster and SpringBoot and trained developers in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Yadab Raj also led a blockchain-based Supply Chain management project in the Agriculture domain.

Currently, Yadab is a Fullstack Senior Software Engineer at Prospection Pty Ltd, starting from November 2018. In this role, they work with a cross-functional team, develops, designs, and tests the analytics platform, both frontend, and backend. Yadab Raj also actively participates in pair programming and supports their team.

Yadab Raj Ojha began their education with an Intermediate in Science from Shree Siddhanath Science Campus, where they studied Physics from 2002 to 2004. Yadab Raj then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science at Amrit Science College from 2005 to 2007. Building on their undergraduate degree, Yadab Raj Ojha went on to complete a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from the Central Department of Computer Science, Tribhuvan University from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Networking from Pulchwok Campus, Kathmandu Nepal in April 2009 and Redhat Linux from the Central Department Of Computer Science, Tribhuvan University in July 2008.
