Anushka Dsouza is a highly active and driven individual with a diverse background in marketing, public health, and volunteerism. Currently serving as a Marketing Intern at Skillbolts, Anushka also holds leadership roles as Co-President and Vice President of Logistics at Prospective Medical Professionals - PuMP, facilitating partnerships with local medical organizations and managing a team of logistics officers. Prospective Medical Professionals, or PuMP for short, is a federally registered non-profit organization dedicated to connecting Canadian high school and post-secondary students to opportunities in health sciences. Founded in 2018, PuMP aims to increase the transparency of the entry process into life science career pathways, make learning experiences in the healthcare industry more accessible for high school and undergraduate students, and promote equal opportunity for all students, no matter their socioeconomic status, gender, religion or race.
