Galen MacLusky is a seasoned professional in program delivery, innovation, and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Frontline Programs at Prosper Canada since January 2020. With a strong background in consulting, Galen has worked as an Impact and Innovation Consultant for various organizations in the social sector since September 2017. Previous roles include Director of Community Innovation at Tamarack Institute for Community Engagement and Senior Associate, Design Research and Strategy at Bridgeable, where Galen led teams to deliver innovative solutions in the not-for-profit and healthcare sectors. Galen's early experience includes product innovation at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation and design responsibilities for award-winning installations. Galen holds a Master of Science in Engineering Design and Innovation from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
