Kodey Hoover possesses extensive experience in customer service and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Service Agent at Prosper Insurance and a Retention Specialist at Evertree Insurance since November 2020, Kodey has developed strong skills in client relations and retention strategies. Previous roles include General Manager at Sweetberry Bowls, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, marketing, labor and food cost management, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
