Mingxiu Hu

Mingxiu Hu has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. They started their career at Discover Financial Services in 2009 as an Analyst, where they led the development of tracking tools for model performance and achieved validation for multiple models. In 2011, they became a Project Manager/Manager at Discover Financial Services, where they compiled marketing data, performed segmentation assessments, and designed advanced analytics solutions to improve marketing campaign efficiency. They then transitioned to the role of Senior Manager, overseeing portfolio marketing campaign strategy development. In 2019, Mingxiu joined Prosper Marketplace as a Senior Manager of Fraud and Verification Strategy before being promoted to Director of Credit and Fraud Risk Management in 2020 and subsequently Senior Director of Credit Risk in 2022.

Mingxiu Hu completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2006. Later, from 2006 to 2009, Mingxiu Hu pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same university.
