Julieanna Elegant

Julieanna Elegant is an experienced project manager and director with a diverse background in law, social policy, and community engagement. Currently serving as Project Manager for the Office of Small Business Liaison at Prosper Portland since February 2025, Julieanna is focused on fostering equitable prosperity for small businesses. Prior to this role, Julieanna led strategic partnerships and outreach at the National Crime Victim Law Institute, managing large-scale events and legal programs. Julieanna also served as Executive Director of the Small Business Legal Clinic at Lewis and Clark College, significantly increasing client diversity and outreach efforts. Early career experiences include roles at the United States Department of Labor and Catholic Charities, emphasizing bilingual support and community development. Julieanna holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, an M.A. from Brandeis University, and a Bachelor's degree from Whitman College.
