Eric has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, with previous Director of HR experiences at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, the Pyramid Group Hotel, and Prospera Hospitality.
Eric is passionate about the mental and physical environment in which his team members work. He advocates for an empathic employee experience that promotes owner value through creative employee retention and service.
