Katia Medina has extensive experience in business development and human resources, currently serving as Vice President for Prospera USA, where responsibilities include consulting with Hispanic business owners to start and develop their businesses. Previously, Katia held various roles at Oficina de Servicios Legislativos, including Human Resources Specialist, and was Department Manager at JC Penney, where key functions involved employee management and marketing analysis. Early career experience includes serving as Account Executive at The Monet Group, Co. Katia holds an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Inter American University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
