Ricardo Villarreal Meyer is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector with extensive experience in market analysis, financial structuring, and development projects. As a Partner and Co-founder of Prosperia since April 2010, Ricardo has contributed to the creation and structuring of over 500 projects across 35 Mexican cities, assisting real estate developers and property owners in understanding market potential and financial returns. Prior to Prosperia, Ricardo served as General Manager at Destra Inmuebles, where the focus was on real estate investment and affordable housing, and as a Junior Partner at Leaf Developments, specializing in apartments and mixed-use projects. Additional experience includes serving as President at PLEI, where Ricardo organized international trade missions, enhancing cross-border trade engagements.
