Dianalaura González Casco has a diverse work experience in the field of People & Culture. Dianalaura started their career as an Executive Accounts at Pro Meritum, where they managed the administrative aspects of the internship program. Dianalaura also handled incidents and calculated pre-payroll. Later, they became the InPlant Henkel Leader, responsible for talent acquisition and implementing traditional and alternative recruitment methods.

Afterwards, Dianalaura worked as a People and Culture Analyst at Glofintes, where they managed the headcount of over 500 employees and handled contract renewals. Dianalaura also oversaw the termination and separation processes, both internally and before the Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration.

At Hunty, Dianalaura served as a People & Culture Specialist and was involved in administrative support and internal communication strategies. Dianalaura organized corporate events and implemented employee engagement strategies.

Currently, Dianalaura is working at PROSPERiA as the People & Culture Lead. Dianalaura'sresponsibilities include structuring the human resources department, creating organization policies and processes, and managing talent acquisition and workforce-related incidents.
