Ricardo Ramirez Mba

Ricardo Ramirez, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the Workforce Readiness Director for the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association since December 2013, focusing on workforce readiness initiatives and collaboration with state-level advocates. In addition, Ramirez holds positions as Project Manager at Prosperitus Solutions, LLC, Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors at Centurion Military Alliance, and President/Consultant at the San Antonio Technology Group, engaging in various consulting and advisory roles. Previous experience includes leading business development at JHT, Inc., serving as Senior Instructional Developer at Apex Systems, and holding multiple Human Resources and instructional roles within the U.S. Air Force. Ramirez earned an MBA in Management and Human Resources from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education and Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
