Kim Adams

Kim Adams currently serves as the President and Commercial Lender at Prosperity Bank since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Vice President - Business Banker at Frost from March 2023 to September 2025. Previous experience includes serving as a Business Banker at Sunflower Bank, N.A. from January 2022 to March 2023, and Vice President - Business Banker at First Citizens Bank from June 2015 to June 2021. Kim also worked as Vice President - Branch Manager at Cadence Bank, N.A. from July 2011 to June 2015, and held the title of Vice President - Branch Retail Executive at BBVA in the USA from June 2004 to June 2011. Kim's career began at Bank of America, where an extensive tenure as Vice President - Consumer Market Manager occurred from October 1997 to May 2004. Academically, Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Baylor University and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
