Brett Reed

Brett Reed is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and business development within the behavioral health and retail sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Prosperity Behavioral Health since November 2023, Brett previously held the role of EVP Partnerships at Mirah, focusing on revenue growth through enterprise sales to mental health service providers and payers. As President and Co-Founder of Cohealo, Inc., Brett oversaw varied operational functions and refined business processes across multiple units. Earlier experience includes conducting audits as a Shortage Control Auditor at Burlington Coat Factory and managing store operations as an Assistant Store Manager at Bloomingdale's. Brett holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Eastern Michigan University.
