Shelby Francks has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as an English Teacher at Booker T. Washington High School. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an English Teacher at Granby High Evening School and Bellview Middle School. In 2018, they joined One Bright Ray, Inc. as a Teacher before transitioning to Abington Junior High School as a Teacher in 2019. In the same year, they also worked as an Accessory Specialist at Team Toyota Auto Group. Shelby then moved on to Prosperity Behavioral Health, where they held several roles including Onboarding Assistant, Onboarding Coordinator, and Customer Success Coordinator. Currently, they are working as an Authorization Specialist at Prosperity Behavioral Health.

Shelby Francks pursued their education at Holy Family University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education. Shelby later enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University from 2014 to 2016, where they completed their Master of Arts degree in Creative Writing.
