Luke Ripienski, CFP®, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in compliance and supervision. Since August 2002, Luke has held various leadership positions, notably as Chief Compliance Officer at Prosperity Capital Advisors, where responsibilities include regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, and management of compliance programs. Luke has successfully supervised over 115 investment advisor representatives across the nation and has played a key role in enhancing compliance practices and oversight. Prior experience includes significant roles at Principal Financial Group, MetLife, and The Hartford, with a strong track record in supervision, compliance, and training.
