Rebecca Arno is an accomplished leader in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Prosperity Denver Fund since August 2024. Arno has an extensive background in various organizations, including the Lighthouse Writers Workshop as a Board Member and current chair since April 2018, and the Barton Institute for Community Action, where a tenure from January 2020 to July 2024 included roles as Chief Impact and Innovation Officer and Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer. Previous positions also include Director of the Barton Institute for Philanthropy and Social Enterprise at the University of Denver and Vice President of Operations and Communications at The Denver Foundation.
