Ronak Kadia

Ronak Kadia, CPA, has a background in finance and currently holds the position of Director - Accounting Policy & Strategic Transactions at Prosperity Life since September 2021. Prior to that role, Ronak worked at PwC from August 2014 to September 2021 as a Manager in the Accounting Policy & Strategic Transactions department. Ronak provides technical accounting support on M&A activities and strategic initiatives, working closely with corporate development and asset management teams. They also perform financial due diligence on M&A transactions and bespoke investment partnerships. Ronak graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance.
