Yvonne Liao

Yvonne Liao currently holds the position of AVP & Actuary FP&A, Capital Management at Prosperity Life since May 2022. Previously, Yvonne served as Director & Actuary Risk Management at Brighthouse Financial from May 2017 to May 2022 and as Senior Actuary Financial Projections at MetLife from August 2014 to April 2017, focusing on financial modeling and risk management. Earlier experience includes a Senior Actuarial Associate role at New York Life Insurance Company with responsibilities in GAAP financial reporting and asset/liability analysis, as well as multiple roles in model development at MetLife. Yvonne began her career with an internship at MetLife, gaining exposure to Excel and actuarial practices. Yvonne earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Actuarial Science from NYU Stern School of Business in January 2011.
