Adam Pickeral

Adam Pickeral has a strong background in software development and engineering. Adam currently holds the position of Head of Engineering at ProsperOps, starting in March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Software Development Manager at Torc Robotics from May 2021 to March 2022.

Adam spent a significant portion of their career at Rackspace, holding various leadership and managerial positions. Adam was a Senior Software Development Manager from December 2019 to May 2021, responsible for building the platform that managed customer environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Before that, they served as a Software Development Manager from January 2017 to December 2019 and as a Team Lead from May 2016 to January 2017. Adam started their tenure at Rackspace as a Software Developer III in January 2011, where they worked until May 2016.

Prior to joining Rackspace, Adam worked as a Software Engineer at VTLS Inc. from May 2007 to January 2011.

Adam Pickeral attended Ferrum College from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued Graduate Coursework in Computer Science at Virginia Tech.
