Randy Knife

Randy Knife, MBA, is currently the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Prospiant, where they lead efforts to enhance manufacturing operations. Previously, Randy served as Operations Manager and Production Manager at various companies, including CSafe Global, Hydro Aluminium Extrusion Ltd, and American Trim, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity across large teams and multiple shifts. Randy holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership from Urbana University, and they are pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Edison State Community College.
