Samuel McDonald

Samuel McDonald is currently Enterprise Partnerships Manager at Prosple. Prior to this, they worked as Assistant Manager at BWS from April 2014 to September 2018. During their time at BWS, they undertook a Relief Manager position at Greensborough BWS for a month's period. Samuel was also responsible for creating innovative techniques to reduce inventory loss and strengthen staff engagement. In addition, they designed store displays based off sales reports, category growth, product gross profit, and average category spends. Furthermore, they organised payroll and rostering across two sites to ensure an efficient use of human capital.

Achievements and highlights during their time at BWS include receiving three awards for upholding key company values in all aspects of their duties, helping stores achieve continual positive profit growth over their time in a leadership role, and meeting with several Victorian Area Managers to discuss with them how they have been able to create such a positive store culture.

They work with Wilfred Lejano - Account Manager, Jeremy - Account Director, and Sumit Kumar - Content Account Manager. Samuel McDonald reports to Grant Robson, VP of Sales.
