Elaine Raifman

Elaine Raifman has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Prosserman JCC since August 2006 and as the Human Resources Manager at Schwartz/Reisman Centre - JCC since May 2019. Elaine's career progressed through various roles including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Associate & Accounts Payable Supervisor at Prosserman JCC. Elaine holds degrees from Seneca Polytechnic, completed between 2004 and 2019, with a focus on Police Foundations.
