Jerry Scott has a strong background in the HVAC industry. Jerry is currently the Director of Engineering - HVAC at ProStar Energy Solutions, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to that, Jerry worked as the Director of Engineering at Transformative Wave Technologies from 2011 to 2022. At Transformative Wave Technologies, they focused on the development and commercialization of HVAC retrofit and energy efficiency products, including product development, customer engagement, and analysis of energy savings. Before that, Jerry served as a Project Manager at MacDonald Miller Facility Solutions from 2005 to 2011, where they managed various HVAC and plumbing projects and ensured timely completion within budget. Jerry also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Tetra Tech/KCM from 2002 to 2005. Overall, Jerry's work experience showcases their expertise in HVAC engineering, project management, and energy efficiency.
Jerry Scott attended the University of Washington from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2001, they completed a Certificate Program in Air Conditioning Design also at the University of Washington. From 2006 to 2008, Jerry attended the Institute for Project Management-Mechanical Contractors Association of America, where they earned certification as a Certified Mechanical Project Manager Level 1.
