Josip then joined PERROT BREMSEN GmbH in 1988 as a Simulation Expert and Group Manager. In 1994, they became an Associate Professor at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund. In 1996, Josip joined ProSTEP Produktdatentechnologie GmbH as a Project Manager and later became the Team Manager for Data Exchange Techniques. In 2000, they joined PROSTEP AG as the Head of Competence Center CA Technology until 2012. Josip then took on the role of Head of Business Unit 3D Product Creation, where they offered methods and solutions for the improvement of product creation processes in the manufacturing industry. Josip Stjepandic obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu in the period of 1978-1983. Following this, they pursued further studies at the Technische UniversitΓ€t Graz, where they earned a Dr. techn. (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1983 to 1985.
