Douwe Okker

Douwe Okker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various financial roles. Currently the Group CFO at Prostream by Pro4all since September 2025, Douwe is also the owner of Okker Finance Professional, a position held since February 2019. Previous roles include CFO at Appical from February 2020 to August 2025 and Senior Business Controller/Financial Advisor at Soldaat van Oranje – De Musical in early 2020. Douwe spent nearly six years as a Business Controller at Amerborgh Nederland BV, contributing to management across investment, asset management, hotel operations, and property development. Other experiences include financial planning and analysis at CMIS Group and interim financial positions at USG Finance NL, BNY Mellon, Deutsche Bank, and Delta Lloyd. Douwe holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has studied Mandarin at Beijing Language and Culture University.
