Scarlette Francisca Ibarra Olea has over nine years of experience in various roles related to management and logistics within the retail and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Jefe de Gestión punto de venta at Prosud S.A. since December 2017, Scarlette oversees a team responsible for point-of-sale management across all company brands and focuses on developing work plans to enhance growth indicators. Prior experience includes positions as Product Manager and CPFR for Walmart at Empresas Demaria S.A., as well as Logística Manager and Assistant for Food Safety Management Systems at Empresas Iansa. Scarlette earned a degree in Ingeniería Ejecución Industrial from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, completing studies in 2017.
