Andrew Michaelsen

Andrew Michaelsen currently serves as the Director of Sales at Prosur, a family-owned food technology company dedicated to innovative food ingredient solutions since 1965, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Andrew held the role of Director of Industrial Sales at Burke Corporation for 17 years. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University (2017-2020) and a Master’s degree in Meat Science from Iowa State University (1999-2003).
