Phoebe Mueller has extensive experience in client experience, program management, and operations. They served as the Head of Client Experience at Matter Product Studio from 2021 to 2023 and are currently a Senior Engagement Manager at Protagona. Phoebe has held various roles in project and program management across organizations such as First Republic Bank, Syapse, and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. They earned a degree in French Language and International/Global Studies from Loyola University Chicago and also studied Political Science and Government at Institut d'Etudes politiques d'Aix-en-Provence.
