Eppie Brown has over 20 years of experience in the clinical research field. Eppie began their career in 1991 as an Adjunct Professor at New York University. In 1992, they took on the role of Assistant Director of Nursing at South Nassau Communities Hospital, where they managed a small nursing education department and implemented Joint Commission standard operating procedures. In 1993, they became a Registered Nurse at Mount Sinai Medical Center. In 1998, they took on the role of Clinical Research Drug and Device Coordinator at the same hospital. In 2002, they moved to Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Senior Clinical Research Associate. In 2006, they held the role of Country Clinical Operations Associate at Hoffman-LaRoche Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Clinical Research Manager at Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From 2007 to 2020, they were the Associate Director at Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. where they managed multiple phase trials from study start to database lock, Tables/ Files / Listings and Clinical Study Report deliverables prior to FDA submission. In 2020, they moved to Regeneron as a Medical Affairs Manager and in 2021, they began their current role as Senior Director Clinical Operations at Protara Therapeutics.
Eppie Brown obtained three degrees from New York University: a B.S in Nursing in 1986, a BSN in Nursing in 1986, and an M.A in Nursing Education in 1990.
