Noel Russell

Noel Russell currently serves as the Membership and Recruitment Co-Chair and DEI Co-Chair at SMPS Tampa Bay. In addition, Noel works as a Marketing Coordinator at Protean Design Group, and has previously held roles such as Engagement Director at Tidal Marketing, Marketing Coordinator at Lochner, Legal Assistant at Galloway Johnson, Aquatics Director at Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA, and Sales Associate Assistant Manager at FLINT CREEK OUTFITTERS LLC. Noel also has experience as a Student Ministry Intern at South Tampa Fellowship and PR and Internet Coordinator at Student Life. Noel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of South Florida.
