Sudhanshu Shekhar

Sudhanshu Shekhar has a diverse work experience. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Assistant Manager in Equity Advisory at ICICI Securities, where they managed portfolio performance, conducted profitability analysis, and provided sustained advisory services for high ROI. Sudhanshu also created derivative strategies for hedging open market positions and addressing customer concerns to increase organization revenue. Beginning in November 2010, Sudhanshu joined Protean eGov Technologies Ltd., where they served as Lead Product Development & Product Innovation - Pension Administration. Sudhanshu focused on growing customer-centric businesses, building competitive products, and mentoring full cycles of product development. Sudhanshu also gathered and analyzed business requirements and developed specification documents. Sudhanshu worked closely with PFRDA, Central Ministries, and other Government/Private sector stakeholders to ensure collaborative approaches and rich UI/UX experiences in the products.

Sudhanshu Shekhar obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Institute Of Business Management and Research, University of Pune. Sudhanshu specialized in Marketing from 2006 to 2008 and later pursued an additional specialization in Finance from 2008 to 2009 at the same institution.
