Mark Bisceglie is a seasoned Fire Chief with extensive experience in emergency services and fire protection. They served in the US Army Reserves as both an administrator and firefighter from 1985 to 2000, obtaining numerous ProBoard and IFSAC certifications. Mark has held various roles, including Fire Protection Supervisor at PSEG from 2003 to 2015, and most recently, served as Fire Captain at Pro-Tec Fire Services, Ltd in 2023. They earned an Associate's degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and hold certifications in fire studies from The University of Kansas.
