Margaret Logan

Margaret Logan has extensive work experience in the field of project management and business analysis. Margaret started their career at Protech Associates in 1991 as a Senior Business Analyst and held this role until present. In this position, Margaret was responsible for analyzing business requirements and providing strategic solutions.

In 2010, Margaret joined MemberPoint as a Member Experience Advisor. In this role, they provided assistance and support to members, ensuring a positive customer experience. Margaret later transitioned to the role of Project Lead, where they managed the implementation of MemberPoint projects from start to finish. Margaret was responsible for gathering requirements, configuring Microsoft CRM, migrating data, training end-users, and scheduling resources.
